Our program is comprised of four main elements, each embracing a different method of knowledge transfer and running on a different cycle so that you may enter the program anytime without missing a crucial step in your development.

FHIR Success Series
The FHIR Success Series is offered to all new sales professionals and designed to introduce the programs and services offered by the Select Group of Offices, address prospecting essentials, and focus on creating an aggressive business plan.

Continuing Education
A weekly "Business Meeting" which discusses legal and market updates and gives our sales professionals an opportunity to receive information about what is new in your area. This is an excellent forum for open discussion among our members.
